Founder

Ruy Shiozawa

Ruy served as CEO of GPTW from 2008 to 2022 and is a co-founder of companies focused on leadership development, mental health, and ESG, along with the Great People Ecosystem. Behind his work lies one mission: to transform organizations to make them better for people, businesses, and society.

Founder

José Tolovi Jr.

Tolovi founded the first GPTW office outside the US, in Brazil, and played an active role in its internationalization. Today, in addition to being a co-founder of the Great People Ecosystem, he is also the Chairman of the GPTW Board in Brazil and a member of the boards in Mexico, Canada, Spain, and France.
